Stability across the series
Scored at every occurrence. Watch for slots that look excellent now and collapse when the clocks change.Rotation ledger
Each occurrence goes to whichever candidate slot leaves the worst-hit person least burdened so far.Whenfair for Teams
The ledger only works if somebody keeps it.
Everything above is free and always will be. It answers one meeting, once. A team has a dozen standing meetings and the same three people quietly absorbing all of them — and nobody is tracking that across the year.
- 01Headcount weighting. Twenty in Sydney and one in Buenos Aires is not a four-way split. Weight what a slot costs the group without pretending the lone person suffers less.
- 02A ledger that persists. Burden accrues across months and across every meeting a person sits in, not just this one.
- 03Clock-change warnings. "Sydney moves in 11 days — your Thursday sync becomes 06:00 for Ana." Before it happens, not after.
- 04Calendar write-back. The rotation goes into Google and Outlook, and updates itself when the schedule says the slot moves.
- 05The portfolio view. Who across the whole company is absorbing the unsociable hours. That is a retention question, not a calendar one.
